AI/IT Guide 2027
In some roles IT and AI are now merging, and it is hard to get an overview of what the sectors ask for. AI/IT Guide 2027 is an attempt to give that overview: what employers mention in Platsbanken's job ads for different levels, and which ways in there are examples of, from people new to IT to people who are experienced. We have counted Platsbanken's job ads for 2006–2026 (open data from Arbetsförmedlingen) and read the current picture in Q4 2026. This is complemented with examples of training material and what authorities and research say. The guide shows how the content of the ads has changed since 2006. It makes no forecast of its own, but reports Arbetsförmedlingen's assessment, and recommends no training provider or vendor.

What the guide contains
- IT job ads on Platsbanken from 2006 to September 2026 (the year 2023 is not shown), and how often different technologies are mentioned.

- Five sections, one per level: experienced developer or systems analyst; IT architect, analyst or systems manager; technician in operations, support, networks or security; administrator, coordinator or team leader; and new to IT. Each section has examples of training material.

How the figures are counted
The ad texts have been read and counted on what they mention, not on what is required. Ads show what is asked for, not who gets the job. Links and courses in the guide are examples, and syvarna.com receives no payment from any training provider or vendor. The figures on the current picture are a snapshot from Q4 2026.
